Private Yoga/Mindful Movement Sessions
At AYR Mindfulness, we offer personalized private yoga sessions led by experienced instructors. Sessions are conducted via Zoom and are priced at $100 for a 60-minute session.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs and level of experience—whether you're new to yoga and want to learn the fundamentals, or you're looking to deepen and refine an existing practice. Our teachers provide supportive, one-on-one guidance to help you connect more fully with your body, breath, and inner awareness.
These sessions create space for personalized attention, allowing you to move at your own pace and focus on what feels most meaningful to you.
