Mindful Movement
Mindful yoga is a way to exercise the body and mind. it requires no equipment. The practice yoga comes to us from India and the word yoga means to yoke or unite the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga offers the opportunity to notice how the body and mind relate to each other. By noticing the sensations in the body as well as the breath, while we move from one pose to another, we are practicing and cultivating moment to moment awareness.
