Private Mindfulness Sessions

At AYR Mindfulness, we offer one-on-one private mindfulness sessions for individuals of all ages. These sessions are held virtually via Zoom and are designed to provide personalized support in a comfortable and confidential setting. Each session is 60 minutes long and offered at a rate of $150.

 

Our approach integrates mindfulness-based practices with solution-focused interventions to support a wide range of mental and physical health challenges. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or simply looking to deepen your mindfulness practice, private sessions create the space for meaningful, individualized exploration and healing.

These sessions are open to everyone—from complete beginners to those with a well-established mindfulness practice. Private work allows for deeper connection, tailored guidance, and the opportunity to speak freely about personal challenges in a supportive environment.
